2. The Opportunity:

We are searching for an Integrations and operations manager who has strong leadership and hands on IT operations management skills. More specifically experience in managing development and delivery of software solutions and software products implementation. The candidate should have some experience with integrations of companies and must have high sense of responsibility and personal drive, is committed to success and is self-driven.

The candidate will be responsible for leading integration of newly acquired companies, leading, and coordinating multiple streams activities, for increasing efficiency and driving business improvements of new acquisitions. The focus of this role is on onboarding of new companies into CSI group, using Group`s methodology and processes. Following integration, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring operations and results of the companies, proactively defining and leading initiatives to further improve business results in accordance with the Group's goals and expectations.

3. Job description: 

As a key manager within our organization, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate efforts related to the integration of new acquisitions.
  • Ensure the successful integration of new entities within planned timeframes.
  • Define, implement, and monitor initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing operations, and enhancing overall business results.
  • Train other managers on best practices to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identify risks and challenges in individual or vertical business segments and propose measures for improvement that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Analyze results (actual versus forecast) on a monthly and quarterly basis, assist in identifying risks for future results (revenues, operating costs, EBITA, operational and financial KPIs), and propose specific corrective measures.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to managers in business verticals in defining and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to operations and results.
  • Participate in off-site trainings and other activities within the Group.


4. Job Requirements:

  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required. An MBA or similar in business management is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing IT operations, specifically in custom development software and product implementation, with demonstrated success in enhancing operational efficiency and business results.
  • Travel: Be prepared for approximately 20-30% travel, primarily within Europe, to forge new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
  • Strategic Planning and Forecasting: Excellent understanding of business planning, data analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Superior IT Operations Management: Expertise in overseeing IT operations, ensuring the delivery of optimal performance and service standards.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills and experience in leading integrations.
  • Financial Acumen: Financial literacy to manage budgets, forecasts, and understand financial impacts.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization and adapt to changing situations.
  • Communication: Superior communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and other languages as a plus.
